A fantastic little site, ideal for walking and exploring the surrounding areas. It's a lovely place to spend a weekend away from it all. The wardens are always very helpful and friendly. We hope to be going back this year.

Lovely caravan site with impressive views. Wardens were always on hand and very helpful. Great walks direct from site, ideal for exercising our dogs. Will go back later this year. Sooner the better.

We have stayed a couple of time on the site and found it fantastic. We are campers with 2 young children. Facilities are basic but very clean. Listen out for the dawn chorus from the birds in the nearby woods but youget used to it. The site is in easy reach of local activities regardless of your interests whether it is history and culture or fun for the kids, Shrewsbury and Telford are in easy reach. Booking is advised on peak bank holiday weekends or when the Olympics are on.

Can't think of a better campsite we've stayed on. Great location - close to village and good walking. Clean toilets, showers and washing up facilities (not overcrowded, but more under construction) . It's looked after by friendly people who clearly take pride in keeping it a pleasant place to stay. Child friendly. Pitches are spacious. Highly recommended.

wonderful campsite fell in love with it on our first visit, great wardens always there to help and have a chat, excellent showers, toilets and washing up facilities as well as chemical disposal unit. Great area for walking and exploring, spacious pitches and the town is five minutes walk away. Great for kids space for them to play on site and a big play area at the end of the lane behind the school, would highly recommend.

A lovely campsite with helpful and friendly wardens. site beautifully maintained. Toilet and shower block spotlessly clean all the time. We'll definitely be back and would recommend to others.

A really nice campsite! We really enjoyed our time here in July 2009. It's in a really pretty location in an ideal spot for visiting iron bridge and lots of other excellent attractions. We camped without electric hook up, really reasonable price and the showers and toilets were kept nice.

Just got back from a wonderful week on the camp site. Excellent facilities, the shower block is spotless, and is cleaned twice a day as far as I could make out. The couple who run it are extremely helpful and are always available. If you like walking, the site is ideally situated, with walks all around. Perfect!!!!
